Our representative will receive you at Veer Savarkar airport and escort you to hotel; he will also assist you to do hotel check in formalities. After check in and little relax ,you will be taken to the following places.
Corbyn’s Cove Beach - It is situated approx 7 kms from the City centre is the closest beach from the City. One of the most picturesque background of lush green Coconut palms and pleasant blue sea ideal for swimming & bathing
Cellular Jail - This historic building was built in the 19th century to look like a wheel with seven spokes. Today only three wings of the seven remain. It took 10 years to complete. It is called ‘ Cellular’ because it is “cells beyond cells”.
Light & Sound Show - At the National memorial ‘ Cellular Jail’ you can attend the Light & Sound show where the heroic saga of the Indian Freedom struggle is brought alive by the means of light & sound at the jail premises, presented in English, Hindi, which takes you back to British era.
Breakfast at hotel & then you will be escorted to Andaman water sports complex to catch a ferry which will be your mate for the entire excursion of Ross Island and North Bay.
North Bay - It is also called “The Gateway to Port Blair”. This place is famous for its coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and water sports activities. The breathtaking stretch of coral bed leaves you spellbound. North Bay is the foremost snorkeling point of Andaman. Apart from snorkeling and glass-bottom boat ride, scuba diving, underwater sea walk facility is also available at North Bay.
Ross Island - It was the capital of Port Blair during British and Japanese regime, prior to India’s independence, It was named after Sir Daniel Ross a marine surveyor. it was nick named “ The Paris of the East”. It is now under the supervision of the Indian Navy. This Island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with Deer’s, Peacocks and exotic birds.
This morning in your Andaman Tour you will be escorted to Pheonix Bay Harbor to board Ferry which will take you Havelock Island. On arrival our representative will be waiting at the exit of the Jetty.
Havelock Island - The Island is named after a British Army officer. The Island offers state of the art facilities for snorkeling, scuba diving. Havelock is famous for its white sand and crystal clear and transparent waters. after hotel check in proceed to Radha Nagar beach -This beach has been consistently rated as one of the best beach in Asia. Watch a mesmerizing Sunset on this beach, return back to hotel relax and unwind.
After Breakfast head towards Elephant Beach, which is one of the most famous beaches of Havelock Island. Also, you can opt for doing snorkeling and scuba diving here (own expense) as the water is clear and the underwater life is pretty rich
Proceed to your next destination to Neil Island from Havelock Island and enjoy the beauty of unspoiled beaches. In Neil Island you will get to explore two more wonderful beaches, Laxmanpur and Bharatpur beaches and please your eyes with the eternal beauty of shallow blue waters and silver white sand. Also, discover the natural rock formations which resemble a bridge, believed to be made over millions of years. Stay overnight at the hotel on Neil Island.
In the morning after breakfast, check-out from hotel and proceed to Neil Island jetty. From there you will be boarding a Private Ferry/Cruise to return back to Port Blair. On arrival at Port Blair, you will be dropped at your hotel. Check-in and relax there. After lunch, proceed to visit Chidiya Tapu (approx 28 kms. away from Port Blair in the southernmost tip of South Andaman). Chidiya Tapu is also known as the 'Sunset Point' and 'Bird Island'. It is a small village with lush green mangroves, tranquil islands and forest bestowed with numerous chirping birds, its turquoise blue sea water and soft sandy beach, making it an ideal spot for picnic, sit-out, swimmning, sun-bathing and long beach walk. Chidiya Tapu is well known for its rich collection of birds, green landscape, crystal clear water and white sand, enthralling beaches, colourful sea-shells, variety of corals, vivid butterflies and most significantly, the exquisite view of the sunset in the horizon. The main attractions here include the Chidiya Tapu Biological Park, Chidiya Tapu Beach and Munda Pahad. After enjoying in the exquisite Chidiya Tapu Beach, witness the stunning sunset in the horizon in the evening. On completion, you will be dropped back to your hotel for overnight stay at Port Blair.
Early morning departure to Baratang Island (On sharing Basis) by road (110Kms) which holds the nature’s best treasures gifted to the Islands. Limestone caves is a must see point for nature lovers & leisure travellers alike. The Road journey from Port Blair to Baratang involves crossing through creeks and dense equatorial forest. This involves a creek journey in small boats. After getting down from the boat, trek through a small village to reach the caves. Then proceed for Mangrove Jungle then Return to Port Blair. Overnight in Port Blair.
